Thank you for your trust. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange if certain conditions are met. DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at orders@Artizenhome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders over $100, cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $2O administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that you used when placing your order.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, it must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at orders@Artizenhome.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the provided address.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

EXCEPTIONS

If the purchased item is defective, damaged, does not match the description or never arrived. Please contact us at orders@Artizenhome.com to arrange a full refund or exchange.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@Artizenhome.com
