I never received an order confirmation email, can you help me out ?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, make sure that:

  • You used an existing email address to make your purchase
  • Check your spam folder and make sure you whitelist our domain/email as we don’t have any control over your email provider

Shipping & Delivery

Generally, we stock inventory in two warehouses, in the USA and China, but for some products, they may be shipped from other warehouses located in France and Germany.

I just received a shipping confirmation that didn’t include my entire order ?

Not to worry, as mentioned in the previous question, our products are located in different warehouses, and some orders may require two shipments.

Generally, we ship packages worldwide via FedEx, UPS, and First Class Priority Mail. However, packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 120 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Most of our products are shipped out of our nearest distribution centres to our clients. This means there’s no need to stress about any customs fees. However, If you are located in USA, orders over $100 may be subject to duty fees.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

As noted on the site and in the emails you should have received, delivery times for “free + shipping” items are between 21-40 days because they come from abroad and are sent via a more economical shipping method.
